Energetic early birds - this one is for you!  Our flowing, vinyasa practice is a fantastic way to start your day.  Over the 10 week course we’ll work together on generating strength and flexibility of body and mind.  This course is designed to challenge, energise and inspire - a fluid practice that’ll have you coming back for more.  

If you're an active, morning person (or want to be!), this is an energising morning practice designed to wake the entire body and invigorate you for the day to follow.

This style of yoga starts slowly and then utilizes the energy of momentum until we have the entire body moving actively. We complete each class within versions to help create a strong grounded effect which helps us move through the rest of our day effectively and with vitality.

Focusing on building strength, balance and flexibility, Energizer classes are a dynamic flow of poses that keeps your practice consistent, curious, and super fun! Although there are many physical challenges, Energizer Yoga is much more than just a physical workout: it helps you shift your energy, creating a vital and clear mind and physical freedom for the body.

With focussed attention, purposeful intention, and a light-hearted attitude our classes are both challenging and rewarding: core, leg strength, hand balances, flexibility and inversions are essential to our Energizer classes. With regular practice you will make rapid progress and there is no doubt that you will begin to feel the benefits of yoga in all areas of your life.

 


With the option to attend once (Tuesday or Thursday) or twice (Tuesday AND Thursday) a week, give your yoga practice the energetic pulse it deserves.
